This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and saggili governing your access to and use of the saggili online gaming platform. Please read it carefully before using any saggili service.
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
To register and maintain an active account on saggili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
3.1 Registration. To use real-money features on saggili, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. saggili relies on the accuracy of this information to fulfil its PAGCOR compliance and AML obligations.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. saggili reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your saggili login credentials (username/mobile number and password). saggili will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. You must notify saggili immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. saggili is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Updates. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, particularly contact information. saggili is not liable for any losses arising from failure to receive notifications due to outdated contact details.
4.1 Supported Methods. saggili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin (subject to availability and minimum/maximum thresholds for each method). saggili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on saggili is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Currency. All saggili transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). saggili does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Deposits initiated in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate and associated bank charges which are the Player's responsibility.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to saggili originate from legitimate sources and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. saggili reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited and to suspend or close accounts where source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.
4.5 Deposit Finality. Deposits credited to your saggili wallet are immediately available for wagering. Deposits are not refundable except in cases of technical error verified by saggili's audit system. Disputes regarding deposit amounts must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified players. The minimum withdrawal amount on saggili is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with AML regulations. saggili reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination account.
5.3 Processing Time. saggili targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours. saggili is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.
5.4 Withdrawal Holds. saggili reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for security review, AML compliance checks, or pending KYC verification. Players will be notified of the reason for any hold.
5.5 Bonus-Related Restrictions. Real-money balances that include active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The portion of a balance derived from bonus activity that has not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full Bonus Terms.
5.6 Tax Obligations. saggili is not responsible for the calculation, deduction, or remittance of any income tax or other levy that may be applicable to gambling winnings under Philippine law. Players are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their personal tax obligations arising from gambling winnings.
6.1 General. saggili may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players from time to time. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific Promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, the default is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.
6.3 Bonus Validity. Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the specific Promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's balance without notice or compensation.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. saggili reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is abusing Promotions — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering in patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.
6.5 Referral Programme. Referral bonuses are credited when a referred player successfully registers, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. saggili reserves the right to modify referral bonus amounts and terms at any time. Fraudulent referrals (including self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account suspension.
7.1 RNG Certification. All games of chance offered on saggili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. saggili's game library includes titles from certified providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and approved by recognised testing laboratories including but not limited to iTech Labs, eCOGRA, and GLI. Game outcomes are not influenced by saggili's operators.
7.2 Published RTP. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published on the saggili platform. RTP represents the theoretical long-term percentage of wagers returned to players. Individual session results will naturally deviate from the theoretical RTP.
7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or game software failure that results in an indeterminate game outcome, saggili reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. saggili is not liable for any potential winnings that would have been payable but for the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
7.4 Game-Specific Rules. Each game category on saggili (Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, Sabong, Hi-Lo) is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game category only.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, odds, and outcomes are subject to the Rules of the relevant governing body of the sport. saggili reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with market rules in the event of extraordinary circumstances including cancellations, postponements, or rule changes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on saggili and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to applicable authorities:
9.1 Player Responsibility. saggili strongly encourages all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gaming behaviour and expenditure. saggili provides tools to help players stay in control but cannot assume responsibility for individual financial decisions.
9.2 Available Tools. All registered saggili players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account dashboard at any time, at no cost:
9.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who elects Self-Exclusion will have their Account suspended for the requested period. saggili will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any additional accounts held by a self-excluded player. saggili will honour self-exclusion requests without requiring the Player to provide reasons.
9.4 PAGCOR Exclusion Register. Players may also register on PAGCOR's national self-exclusion register, which restricts access to all PAGCOR-licensed gaming platforms. saggili is obligated to enforce PAGCOR exclusion orders. For more information, visit the PAGCOR official website.
9.5 Age Verification Enforcement. saggili employs robust age verification at registration and before processing any withdrawal. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using saggili. Any winnings accrued on an account registered by an underage player will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

10.1 Platform Content. All content on the saggili Platform — including but not limited to the saggili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of saggili or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. saggili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any saggili content without prior written consent from saggili. You may not use saggili's trademarks or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by saggili without written authorisation.
11.1 Platform Availability. saggili makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, error, or defect. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. saggili will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.2 Game Outcomes. saggili is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from a Player's individual game results, wagering decisions, or gaming strategy. All games involve risk and outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems outside saggili's operational control.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, saggili's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms shall limit saggili's liability for death or personal injury caused by saggili's negligence, fraud, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by Philippine law.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their saggili Account at any time by contacting saggili's support team. Any available real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
12.2 saggili-Initiated Termination. saggili may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your right to access and use the saggili Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall survive.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Internal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact saggili's support team and allow a period of at least 30 days for internal resolution of your complaint. saggili is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate it to PAGCOR under the regulatory complaint resolution procedures applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 13.3, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
All formal notices to saggili under these Terms must be directed to saggili's support team. saggili will communicate with players using the contact details registered to their Account.
